I'll write a fancier intro here when I think of something, but for now, below are all the links to places you can find me, plus links to my personal 18+ Discord server and my suggestion box for bots (new OCs and alts are both fair game).I may or may not use this carrd as a lore site for my various series (still debating if something like Tumblr would be better for full page/CSS control and if I feel like putting in that much work lmao). We shall seeeee!
(If you need them, you can use my referral codes for Saucepan here and for Fictio here. For SP, we both get rewarded referral badges too!)

The World
Modern-day Earth is laced with a supernatural underlayer, teeming with nonhuman species—elves, orcs, vampires, demons, shifters, merfolk, and more—all existing beneath human-dominated systems.Magic is real, but rarely simple: its use is costly, politically restricted, and ethically fraught. While it can mend bodies, stretch lifespans, reshape minds, or work so-called miracles, such power lies mostly in the hands of the rich, the powerful, or the exceptionally magically gifted. For most, magic is not an easy button. It breeds tension more than it offers ease. Most nonhumans keep to the fringes of society in tight-knit enclaves, avoiding the weight of human law and oversight. Humans with magic are rare, believed to descend from supernatural bloodlines—whereas inborn magic is commonplace among the supernaturals themselves.
Notable Locations
SOLUNDASolunda is not easy to find, and that is very much by design.A floating city-state suspended above international waters, Solunda exists in a legal no-man's land—technically claimed by no human nation, formally recognized by several, and governed by none. It was built by nonhumans, for nonhumans, in the only place on Earth where human law couldn't follow: open ocean, international airspace, and the quiet agreement of enough powerful nations that acknowledging Solunda was simpler than fighting it.It is not a utopia. Anyone who claims otherwise is selling something. Inequality, crime, and political ugliness exist here the same as anywhere—just with ageless beings as politicians. What Solunda offers instead is something rarer: the freedom to exist without hiding. No human oversight. No persecution. No need to fold oneself into something smaller just to survive in someone else's world.Access is controlled and intentional. Humans may enter only through designated transit docks with proper documentation and clearance. Unauthorized arrival is, for practical purposes, impossible by conventional means. The city is governed by the Solundan Conclave—its highest political authority. Seats are contested through a combination of age, standing, and enough accumulated power to matter, and are subject to term limits that are, in practice, one of Solunda's oldest and most reliably contentious arguments. The old guard holds that longevity is its own qualification. Reformists hold that a being who hasn't meaningfully engaged with the modern world in three centuries has no business setting policy for those who have to live in it. Neither side is entirely wrong.A seat on the Conclave and standing within one's own species' internal hierarchy are entirely separate power axes—two structures that coexist, overlap, and occasionally collide in ways that make Solunda's politics considerably more interesting than its surface calm suggests.
Supernaturals
‼️ All of this needs to be rewritten in a more flavor text kind of way, not directly pasted from my lorebookAGINGSupernatural individuals "freeze" in their physical prime regardless of when they were born, turned, or otherwise transformed. Someone turned into a vampire at 18 may continue aging until generally appearing late twenties to early thirties. Age regression does not occur.
VAMPIRESA vampire's power, regenerative ability, and sun resistance all increase over time. The age milestones are:
Fledgling: 0–50 years
Fledged: 50–200 years
Mature: 200–500 years
Elder: 500–1000 years
Ancient: 1000–5000 years — extremely rare
Godpire: 5000+ years — unheard of, all assumed petrified, dead, or myth
‼️ All of this needs to be rewritten in a more flavor text kind of way, not directly pasted from my lorebookThe Elder Council is the de facto highest authority in vampire affairs—a political body composed primarily of Elder vampires. Most Ancients are disinterested in Council politics; Godpires are absent entirely. The Council governs largely because nothing older bothers to challenge it.A vampire has many classic strengths, including rapid healing and regeneration, where sufficient feeding can regrow lost limbs; human blood is standard sustenance, but supernatural blood temporarily amplifies a vampire's power, where the effect varies by the source species.SUNLIGHT: Fledgling = burns within minutes, near-blind in direct light; Fledged = burns within hours, significantly impaired; Mature = uncomfortable but manageable; Elder = fairly functional; Ancient/Godpire = inconsequential.Vampires who lose their hunger for life grow increasingly still and lethargic until they petrify. Potentially reversible by introducing blood; not guaranteed.SIRE/THRALL BOND: A sire creates a thrall by drinking them to death; the thrall revives the following night. The thrall lacks true autonomy until the sire shares their blood to complete the turning into a full independent vampire. Thralls cannot directly harm their sire, but the bond has loopholes.
